Return & Refunds Policy:

Returns "All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached".

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email our customer service team at Info@choicevipproducts.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address provided by our support team via email.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 7 days. Please allow 1–3 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
